Double standard
Apa yang ada di pikiran kita kalau melihat kakek-nenek di jalan? Tersentuh, kasihan, atau bahkan ingat sama kakek nenek kita di kampung. Lain dengan di sini, kalau melihat para manula, selain perasaan tersentuh dan kasihan, tidak jarang saya merasa geram, bingung, takut dan terintimidasi.

Black out
It was weird to see the front-desk guy sitting on the stair, in front of front door, instead of his small office behind the door. He was there, enjoying the sun and reading a book.
Before I could ask anything, he suddenly said, "There's no elecricity for few hours. They are working on it."
