Friday afternoon tale

Yesterday was the day when I had to say "see you soon" to a friend. A friend who always towers me and makes me feel like a dwarf. A training partner who has been pushing my limit on tatami and helping me to overcome my fear of falling. Tu vois, je peux faire sauter en avant maintenant. An aikido mentor who makes me believe that size does not matter. Being small does not mean that you cannot be strong, although it still means that you can be lifted up that easily.
