Black out

Posted on September 1, 2005. Filed under: Sehari-hari - daily |

It was weird to see the front-desk guy sitting on the stair, in front of front door, instead of his small office behind the door. He was there, enjoying the sun and reading a book.

Before I could ask anything, he suddenly said, "There's no elecricity for few hours. They are working on it."

Office without electricity means a day off. If only I didn't have to wait for papers that are due today, I would fill my water bottle, go to library to borrow some novels, find a shadowy spot in the park, and enjoy a sunny and hot day outside.

The electricity is back, but my day off mood lingers. *Yawning* "Where the h**l are those papers?!"
